BSN Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to BookStylistsNow.com (“BSN”). These Terms and Conditions; Subscription Agreement; and Privacy Policy (collectively referred to herein as “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BSN website and related services, including participation in the BSN Directory and the limited-time promotional profit-sharing program. By using this site or enrolling in the BSN Directory, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you may not use this website or participate in the promotion.
1. Eligibility
To use this website or participate in the BSN promotional program, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding agreements. By accessing the site or purchasing a membership, you affirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. Promotional Offer Description
BSN is offering a one-time promotional opportunity limited to the first 10,000 members who will be offered an opportunity to sign up for free (which offer will expire on February 20th, 2026) and the initial 70,000 paid members of its professional directory (“Eligible Members”). This offer includes potential participation in a profit-sharing pool, subject to the following conditions:
- Each Eligible Member may receive up to $1,000 for joining the directory. This is not guaranteed. This offer shall not include monies collected for discounted membership fees to generate and or boost interest in membership to website or temporary sales, free giveaways or reduced fee offers to boost interest in membership to website. This offer only includes monies collected for full price membership fees subject to other terms and conditions set forth herein.
- Additionally, Eligible Members may receive up to $1,000 per qualifying referral who joins the directory before the 80,000-member threshold is reached. This amount is not guaranteed.
Once the 80,000th membership is confirmed, the promotional offer automatically ends. No subsequent members will be eligible for this program, and new members will be subject to standard membership terms and renewals as determined in BSN’s sole discretion.
3. No Guarantee of Earnings
BSN makes no guarantee or representation regarding income, compensation, or future payments arising from your participation in the directory or the promotional program. Any mention of profit-sharing is entirely conditional upon future business milestones being met. No money will be paid out until and unless BSN reaches 80,000 paid members and additional milestones to be dertimed in BSN’s sole discretion. Your membership fee grants you access to the BSN directory and associated services, but not to any guaranteed financial benefit. In the unlikely event BSN fails to reach 80,000 members and additional milestones set forth below, the offer set forth in paragraph 3 above is inapplicable.
4. Non-Security Clarification of “Shares”
The terms “shares,” “profit-sharing rights,” or similar phrases used in connection with the promotional offer are strictly illustrative and do not represent securities, equity, stock, investment contracts, or ownership interests of any kind.
- These references do not imply any registration or compliance under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, or any state securities laws.
- Participants receive no voting rights, equity, dividends, or claims to company assets.
- The use of these terms is solely intended to describe units for potential profit allocation, if and when funds are available.
This promotional structure is not an investment and should not be construed as such.
5. Incentive Fund Structure/Milestone
BSN aims to generate up to $160 million in future revenue to fund the promotional profit-sharing. These funds will be derived from the sale of memberships beyond the initial 80,000, specifically from members 80,001 through 2,080,000.
- A designated portion of revenue from each of these memberships will be placed in an Incentive Fund.
- This Fund will be allocated to up to 160,000 units (referred to as “shares”):
- 80,000 for membership enrollment.
- 80,000 for qualifying referrals.
- Each share is eligible for a maximum payout of $1,000, subject to available funds.
If less than $160 million is collected, the total available funds will be divided proportionally among valid shares. If more than $160 million is collected, no additional profit-sharing will occur. The remainder becomes unrestricted BSN revenue.
6. Member Responsibilities
Members are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information at the time of sign-up and referral.
- Understanding the promotional nature and risks of participation.
- Complying with these Terms and any future updates.
Members may not:
- Sell or transfer their participation rights.
- Attempt to manipulate referral tracking systems.
- Misrepresent BSN or the promotion to others.
- Post anything in offensive as determined in the sole discretion of BSN.
7. No Refund Policy
All payments made to BSN for promotional memberships are final and non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of whether any incentive payments are ultimately disbursed. In the unlikely event that BSN failes to achieve 80,000 members, BSN guarantees that the directory will be hosted for at least one year from inception.
8. Termination or Modification
BSN reserves the right to:
- Modify or terminate this promotional offer at any time before the 80,000-member cap is reached.
- Adjust payout methods, administration, or tracking systems as necessary.
- Suspend or cancel participation for fraudulent or non-compliant behavior.
Once the 80,000 threshold is reached, the promotional terms are locked for Eligible Members.
9. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, content, and design elements on the BSN site are the exclusive property of BSN. Unauthorized reproduction, use, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
You acknowledge that you have no ownership or proprietary rights in the data, content, or structure of the BSN website or directory.
10. Website Hosting and Data Ownership
The BSN website is hosted by Course Vector, an independent third-party hosting provider. While Course Vector is responsible for the technical hosting and infrastructure, BSN retains full editorial control over the content.
BSN does not grant any ownership rights in its website, platform, systems, or underlying data to users. Any use of the site does not imply ownership, license, or claim to the system, software, or database.
11. Limitation of Liability
BSN and CourseVector is not liable for:
- Any reliance on projected or potential earnings.
- Any failure to meet growth targets necessary for incentive distribution.
- Delays or issues in payment due to technical, legal, or financial conditions.
- Any damages including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation.
12. Class Action Waiver and Dispute Resolution
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- You agree to waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
- Any disputes must be resolved individually and exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.
- Arbitration shall take place in Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms represent the full and exclusive agreement between you and BSN regarding participation in the promotional offer and the use of the website. No verbal or prior written statements alter or override these Terms.
