BOOKSTYLISTNOW.COM SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. By clicking “I Agree”, accessing, or using the BookStylistNow.com website and directory (the “Service”), you agree to be legally bound by this Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”).
If you do not agree to all terms, do not proceed with registration or use of the Service.
1. DEFINITIONS
- “Service Provider” refers to BookStylistNow.com, operated by Travis King.
- “Subscriber” refers to the individual or business entity registering for a directory listing.
- “Directory Listing” refers to the profile page displayed on BookStylistNow.com for the Subscriber.
- “Content” refers to any text, images, videos, or other materials uploaded by the Subscriber.
- “Subscription Fees” refer to the amount paid by Subscriber for the directory listing service.
2. SUBSCRIPTION & SERVICES
2.1 Directory Listing
BookStylistNow.com provides an online directory where Subscribers may list their services to be discovered by potential clients for $120.00. This amount reflects $80.00 for subscription fees and $40.00 of service fees to include credit card processing, and administrative costs of running BookStylistNow.com. Inclusion in the directory is not guaranteed, and BookStylistNow.com reserves the right to refuse, remove, or modify any listing at its sole discretion.
2.2 Subscription Plans
The Subscriber agrees to enroll in a paid subscription plan as outlined on the Subscription Page, which details pricing, features, and billing cycles. The intitial 10,000 members who sign up for free and the next 70,000 members who pay $120.00 will not pay any further subscription fees as part of a one time offer as determined by BSN in its sole discretion.
2.3 Automatic Renewal
- All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless canceled prior to renewal. This shall not be applicable to the first 80,000 members who sign up or those who sign up as part of future promotions to be determined in BSN’s sole discretion.
- The renewal charge will be the same as the initial subscription fee unless otherwise stated.
2.4 Modification or Discontinuation of Services
BookStylistNow.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Service at any timewithout prior notice and shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from such modifications.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
3.1 Fees & Billing
- All payments must be made in advance.
- The Subscriber authorizes BookStylistNow.com to charge their provided payment method for recurring fees.
3.2 No Refunds
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, including in cases of early cancellation or termination for cause.
3.3 Failure to Pay
- If payment is not successfully processed, BookStylistNow.com may immediately suspend or remove the listing without notice.
- A reactivation fee may apply to restore a suspended listing.
3.4 Chargebacks & Disputed Payments
- Any attempt to reverse or dispute a payment without prior communication with BookStylistNow.com will result in immediate termination of the Subscriber’s account.
- Subscriber will be responsible for all chargeback fees, collection costs, and legal fees.
4. SUBSCRIBER OBLIGATIONS & RESTRICTIONS
4.1 Accurate Information
The Subscriber must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for their directory listing. BookStylistNow.com is not responsible for any loss of business due to inaccurate or outdated information.
4.2 Professional Conduct
Subscribers agree to maintain professional and ethical conduct in all interactions with potential clients and other users of the directory.
4.3 Prohibited Content & Activities
Subscribers may not:
- Submit false, misleading, or deceptive information.
- Post copyrighted or trademarked materials without authorization.
- Engage in spamming, harassing, or abusive behavior.
- Advertise illegal, harmful, or inappropriate services.
- Use the platform for unauthorized or non-stylist-related activities.
4.4 Failure to Follow Rules
BookStylistNow.com reserves the right to remove any Subscriber who violates this Agreement, fails to meet professional standards, or engages in misconduct, with or without prior notice.
5. DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY
5.1 Use of Subscriber Data
- By subscribing, the Subscriber grants BookStylistNow.com permission to store, process, and display their data for directory purposes.
- BookStylistNow.com may use Subscriber data for marketing, promotions, and advertising, including but not limited to:
- Featuring the Subscriber’s profile in advertisements and promotions.
- Using submitted images and business details in marketing materials.
- Sending promotional emails, newsletters, or announcements.
5.2 Third-Party Sharing
- BookStylistNow.com may share Subscriber data with third-party partners for service improvement, advertising, and compliance with legal obligations.
5.3 No Expectation of Privacy
- The Subscriber acknowledges that public profile data may be accessed, indexed, or shared by third parties beyond BookStylistNow.com’s control.
6. TERMINATION & SUSPENSION
6.1 Termination by Subscriber
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. The listing will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be given for terminated subscriptions.
6.2 Termination by BookStylistNow.com
BookStylistNow.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Subscriber’s account, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Failure to pay subscription fees.
- Violation of this Agreement, Privacy Policy, or Terms of Service.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Unprofessional or unethical behavior.
- At the company’s sole discretion, if the Subscriber’s listing is deemed inappropriate, harmful, or not in alignment with BookStylistNow.com’s values.
6.3 Effect of Termination
- Terminated accounts will not receive a refund.
- Subscriber data may be deleted permanently, and BookStylistNow.com has no obligation to retain it.
7. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
7.1 No Guarantee of Results
BookStylistNow.com does not guarantee that Subscribers will receive any clients, business, or financial gain from their listing.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- BookStylistNow.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
- The maximum liability under this Agreement is limited to the total amount paid by the Subscriber in the past 12 months.
8. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1 Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regards to its conflicts of law provisions.
8.2 Arbitration Clause
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania rather than in court. Class-action lawsuits are prohibited.
9. GENERAL TERMS
9.1 Entire Agreement
This Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions of Use constitute the entire agreement between the Subscriber and BookStylistNow.com.
9.2 Amendments
BookStylistNow.com reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
